Creative
Creative
Versatile, creative major
Do you want to create something with your hands? In Creative, you'll get to try lots of different things: photography, sewing, redesign, woodwork, silver, glass, textiles and more. We'll also get involved locally - for example, by arranging creative activities for others outside the school.
We have large, bright and well-equipped classrooms to work in.
Varied and exciting teaching
Do you like sewing better than drawing, or maybe you're already a whiz at woodcarving? Regardless of what you're best at or which creative activity you prefer, your level of experience doesn't matter when applying for this line. We customize the teaching to each student's needs and area of interest. Throughout the year, you'll get a taste of many different techniques with the class, but what you immerse yourself in and spend the most time on is to some extent up to you.
Tours and excursions
We sometimes go out into nature to find materials, inspiration or just to build community in the class. We don't go on demanding trips, but still very nice and often with great views and play of colors. Autumn colors in the forest, a seven-stone stove on the shore or an idyllic sunset at beautiful Runde.
