Leadership training

Have you attended folk high school or Bible school before and would you like to help pass on a similar year to someone else? Do you want to get to know yourself better in a leadership role? Do you want to be a contributor to strengthening a group community both on a line and the school in general? Then leadership training at Nordvestlandet folk high school could be a good option for you!

The teaching on the leadership training course will aim to develop you into a better leader. Topics such as group dynamics, administration and management, being a role model, communication, how to help students with different challenges, how to ensure that all students are included, etc. will be central to the teaching. Some of the teaching in the leadership training group will also be group work.

A year of great development

Two lines in one year

As a student in leadership training, you will follow one of the main lines at the school throughout the year in addition to the teaching you receive in the leadership training line. You will receive follow-up from both the teacher in the line you are following and the teacher in leadership training.

The leadership training course works as a team with the line teacher in the course you are following, with the other students in leadership training and receives professional reinforcement in the teaching on the leadership training course.
